Oriental Beef With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
    1 large onion, coarsely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 1/2 c. (8 oz.) frozen mixed vegetable medley (such as carrots, broccoli and red peppers), thawed
    1/2 c. stir-fry sauce
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Cook beef and onion in wok or large skillet over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, stirring to separate beef.
    Spoon off fat.
    Add garlic; stir-fry 1 minute.
    Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 minutes or until heated through.
    Add stir-fry sauce; stir-fry 30 seconds or until hot.
    Serve over chow mein noodles.
    Makes 4 servings.
