Chicken Parmesana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Dip chicken into egg and then bread crumbs, coating thoroughly.
    In a skillet, heat the oil; cook chicken until done and well browned on both sides.
    Pour sauce into an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Place chicken on sauce and top with Parmesan cheese and shredded Mozzarella.
    Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
    Makes 4 servings.
