Walnut Hummus With Cilantro - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. garbanzo beans, drained, reserve juice
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. cilantro, semi-packed
    pinch of garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    several dashes Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    In a blender, using 3 tablespoons garbanzo bean juice, mix all ingredients into a smooth paste; chill.
    Don't be afraid to use lots of seasoning because the beans are bland.
    Serve as a dip.
