Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) cream-style corn
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in an iron skillet at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
