Barbecue Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    2 c. toasted bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix meat, bread crumbs, salt, eggs, onions and parsley.
    Form into meatballs.
    Brown in margarine.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Add preserves and barbecue sauce.
    Mix well.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
