Pistachio Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

70 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
1 large Cool Whip
3 Heath bars, crushed
Preparation

Mix crackers and oleo and spread in loaf pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
Mix pudding with milk.
Add vanilla ice cream.
Pour over crust.
Spread Cool Whip over all.
Sprinkle with Heath bars. Freeze.
Very good.
Can be made the day before serving.
It will keep in freezer for a month or more.
Great for unexpected guests!!!
