Peanut Butter Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peanut butter
    3 c. tomatoes, mashed
    1 c. cornstarch
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Stir cornstarch and peanut butter into tomatoes.
    Combine rest of ingredients.
    Cook in double boiler on medium heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
