Microwave Greek-Style Beef In Pita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cooked, lean beef, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 small green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 loaf pita bread, cut in half and warmed
    1/4 c. chopped tomato
    1 Tbsp. crumbled Feta cheese
Preparation
    Cut sliced beef into strips, 1 x 2-inches.
    Combine oil, green pepper, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in 8-inch microwave-safe baking dish.
    Microwave at High 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
    Add beef strips, stirring to combine.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
    Place equal amount of meat mixture in each pita half.
    Sprinkle with tomato and cheese.
