Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled, sliced apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. sifted flour
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Place apples in baking dish (9 x 9-inch).
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine dry ingredients and melted butter.
Mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender.
Delicious and sweet; kids especially like!
