Simple Chicken Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. thin strips chicken breasts
    3/4 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
    16 oz. pkg. California style frozen vegetables
    hot cooked pasta
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, if desired
Preparation
    In a large skillet combine chicken and about 1/3 of the Italian dressing.
    Saute until chicken starts to brown.
    Add vegetables and remaining dressing.
    Cover.
    Simmer 7 to 9 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
    Serve over pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
    Makes 5 servings.
