Refrigerator Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
1 c. sour cream
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Peel and cut up potatoes.
Boil.
Cook potatoes completely. Drain and put into large bowl with the other ingredients.
Beat with mixer until creamy.
Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Put into a casserole dish as much as you need; sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
