Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. dark Karo syrup
1 stick butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 gal. popped popcorn
Preparation

Put first 4 ingredients in microwave and heat for 2 minutes on High. Stir, then microwave 2 more minutes. Add baking soda and stir until color changes.
Spray paper grocery sack with Pam.
Add the popcorn.
Pour caramel mixture on popcorn. Fold bag and put in microwave.
Heat for 1 1/2 minutes.
Shake.
Heat another 1 1/2 minutes.
Shake.
Heat for 45 minutes.
Pour in pan to cool, stirring occasionally.
