Corned Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked macaroni
1 can mushroom soup, mixed with 1/2 can water
1 can corned beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place half the macaroni in bottom of a large Pyrex dish.
Add half the corned beef and half the onion.
Add half the butter and half the soup mixture.
Repeat layers.
Top with grated cheese, potato chips or bread crumbs.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
