Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted and slightly browned
    1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a large bowl. Make well in the middle of flour mixture and add buttermilk, eggs and melted butter.
    Mix gently.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Spoon batter into well-greased muffin tins.
    Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven 20 minutes or until done.
    Serve muffins warm.
