Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can pears
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    6 oz. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. cream
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Drain juice from pears.
    Heat juice to boiling point.
    Pour over gelatin and stir until dissolved.
    Cool.
    Mix cream cheese and cream until smooth.
    Add gelatin and beat until blended. Chill to thicken.
    Pour in drained, mashed pears and whipped cream.
    Pour into mold.
    Garnish with cherries.
