Imperialicious Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chicken (white meat, boneless is best), cut up
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 1/2 to 2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 sticks butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except butter and chicken.
    Dip each piece of chicken into melted butter, then into bread crumb mixture.
    Be sure each piece is well coated.
    Arrange in shallow roasting pan; pour any remaining butter over all and bake about an hour, until fork-tender, in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Turn if you wish or baste with drippings.
    Makes four to six servings (or 2 to 3 if you live in my house!)
