Italian Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1/2 c. water
    1 medium size onion
    2 bell peppers
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut sausage in bite size pieces.
    Put into a large skillet with water and bring to boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once, until the sausage is no longer pink. Remove skillet from heat; strain off water and sausage fat.
