Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 well-beaten eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1 1/4 c. cooked, cooled rice
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar and salt.
    Gradually add scalded milk. Add rice, raisins, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Pour into greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Set in shallow pan.
    Pour hot water in pan 1-inch deep.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
