Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. carrots, sliced thin
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 green pepper, sliced thin
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. apple vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook carrots until crisp-tender.
    Cool.
    Add onion and pepper rings.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Pour over vegetables. Marinate for 12 hours or more.
    Keep 3 to 4 weeks in refrigerator.
