Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated carrots
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 c. white raisins (optional)
Preparation

Combine first six ingredients.
Stir in eggs, oil and vanilla and mix well.
Put batter in three 9-inch baking pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let cake cool thoroughly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
