Broccoli And Noodles Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    6 c. cooked noodles
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
    Cook in covered saucepan over medium heat for 6 minutes; drain.
    Saute onion and garlic in butter until tender.
    Stir in soup and seasoning; mix well.
    Add Swiss and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
    Stir in Ricotta cheese, broccoli and cooked noodles.
    Pour into casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Makes 8 servings.
