Frikadeller(Danish Meat Balls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round beef
    1/2 lb. lean ground pork
    1/4 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 small onion, grated and fried
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix meats, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating.
    Lastly, add milk.
    Form into small balls and brown in butter.
    A little hot water may be added while simmering until done.
    Serve with brown gravy made from drippings.
