Caramel Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 stick butter
1 jar caramel topping
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. pecans
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 graham cracker pie crusts
Preparation

In a skillet, brown pecans, coconut and butter; set aside. Blend cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk.
In a 9 x 13-inch dish crumble graham cracker crust.
After blending cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk, add Cool Whip.
Layer on top of crust with 1/2 of Cool Whip mixture.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the pecans and coconut. Then pour 1/2 of the caramel topping on the crust.
Then repeat for other crust.
Keep refrigerated.
