Petite Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
Preparation

Cream sugar and cream cheese together.
Add egg, lemon juice and vanilla and mix well.
Line small muffin tins with papers. Place one wafer in bottom of liner.
Fill 2/3 full with cheese mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool and top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
Store in refrigerator.
