Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. zucchini, sliced in 1/4-inch rounds
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl and mix well.
    Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Butter or spray inside of shallow 2-quart baking dish.
