Cheese Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. Muenster cheese
1 1/4 lb. aged Brick cheese
2 c. grated Asiago cheese
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. garlic powder or minced fresh garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 boxes large shell macaroni
1 jar spaghetti sauce
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Shred cheeses; beat eggs with fork and combine with cheeses. Add spices.
Mix well with hand.
Cook shells as directed.
Drain well on paper toweling.
Stuff shells.
Pour small amount of sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Lay shells on top.
Cover shells with rest of sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
