Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 small jar pimiento
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Minute rice
    grated cheese
    1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Melt oleo. Saut onion and pepper. Add all other ingredients except cheese. Put in casserole dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. About 10 minutes before done, add cheese on top and finish cooking the 10 more minutes.
