Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
3 to 4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
Preparation

Combine the soups, milk and soup mix. Pour half into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Sprinkle rice on top. Arrange chicken over rice. Pour remaining soup mixture over all. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until rice is tender and meat juices run clear.
