Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 c. butter, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 deep dish pie crusts, unbaked
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and half of buttermilk.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add remaining buttermilk.
    Blend in melted butter and add vanilla.
    Pour into pie crusts.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
