Roasted Mutton With Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 gm. noodles
    500 gm. meat, cut in long strips
    3 tsp. soya sauce
    3 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. fresh ginger
    2 capsicums, cut into strips
    2 green onions, cut in 1-inch strips
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    1 tsp. corn flour
    2 eggs (make an omelet with salt and pepper; cut in strips)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Marinate meat in soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, sugar and garlic salt for 6 to 8 hours.
    Roast in oil and keep aside.
