Kim'S Lasagne(Serves 12) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. ground beef, browned
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 small can tomato paste
1/2 small can tomato sauce
3/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
6 oz. cottage cheese (small curd)
8 oz. box lasagne noodles
4 oz. pkg. Muenster cheese
4 oz. pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Boil noodles in salted water until soft, then drain.
Brown ground beef and add garlic, tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano.
Simmer for about 20 minutes.
Prepare a 2 to 2 1/2-quart casserole dish by spraying with Pam or rubbing with butter.
Layer noodles in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Add Muenster cheese, meat combo, Monterey Jack and cottage cheese in layers.
Repeat until all ingredients are gone.
Ideally, the last layer should be some kind of cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
