Marshmallow Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. corn syrup
    4 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. marshmallows
Preparation
    In a double boiler, mix egg whites, sugar, corn syrup, water, cream of tartar and salt.
    Beat until it holds a peak.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla and marshmallows.
