Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, diced
    1 onion, diced
    water (to cover)
    1 qt. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    flour and water (to thicken)
Preparation
    Pare and dice potatoes; add onion.
    Cover with water and boil until soft, but not mushy.
    Drain.
    Add milk, parsley, salt and pepper to taste and butter.
    Beat eggs.
    Add some of the soup to it and pour mixture into pot.
