Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
2 c. pecan halves
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Beat egg white until soft peaks are formed.
Slowly add sugar and vanilla.
Fold in pecans.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Place pecans about 1/2 inch apart.
Cook on 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cut oven off and leave for 30 minutes more.
Place in airtight container.
