Hershey'S Kiss Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Cream shortening and peanut butter with both sugars. Add egg, milk, vanilla, flour, baking soda and salt. Shape into balls and roll in white sugar. Put on ungreased pan and bake for 8 minutes at 375\u00b0. Remove from oven and press Hershey's Kiss into cookie until cookie cracks. Return to oven for 2 more minutes. Cool before handling.
