Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rolled oats
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. crushed nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Stir in oats in water, remove from heat, cover and let stand 20 min.
Cream sugar, brown sugar, margarine, and eggs.
Add sifted dry ingredients, nuts, and vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for 30-40 min.
