Cheesy Cauliflower Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 can cream mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 to 2 c. grated cheese
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    butter
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower into pieces. Cook until crisp-tender. Layer in buttered casserole dish. Combine cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of milk until smooth. Pour over cauliflower. Top with cheese. Pour Bisquick on top of cheese and dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
