Million Dollar Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Crisco double crust
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 to 7 large Winesap apples, sliced and pared
1 1/2 to 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Pour over prepared apples.
Mix vanilla with brown sugar and pour over apples.
Cover with top crust, pierce top.
Put foil on rim of crust until last 10 minutes of baking.
Always put foil under pie in oven to catch any runover.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
