Antipasto Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head lettuce, diced
    1 each: green and red bell pepper, diced
    1 bunch green onions, diced
    1/2 zucchini, diced
    8 to 10 pepperoncini, diced
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
    2 to 3 oz. Italian salami, diced
    1 can black olives, sliced
    Zesty Italian dressing
Preparation
    Dice all vegetables fairly small into large bowl.
    Add mozzarella, salami, olives and pepperoncini (with a couple of ounces of juice from pepperoncini, adds extra zing!).
    Toss everything and add dressing to taste.
