Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium Irish potatoes
    1 large onion
    1/4 stick margarine
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 can water
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Butter a casserole dish.
    Slice potatoes and onion thin.
    Mix soups and water.
    Spread a thin layer of soup mixture in bottom of casserole dish, then a layer of potatoes and onion.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Layer again as preceding. Place in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
    Spread with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
