Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1/3 c. low-fat Bisquick
    1 stick butter
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Melt margarine in an ovenproof dish; set aside.
    Pour buttermilk into a shallow dish.
    Pour the Bisquick in a shallow dish.
    Dip chicken in buttermilk.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Roll chicken in Bisquick and place in ovenproof dish.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn.
    Bake 10 more minutes.
    Serve.
