Fluffy Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together in mixing bowl. Combine milk and oil.
Add all at once to dry ingredients.
Stir just until moistened.
Roll out on floured board.
Cut.*
Put dumplings in boiling liquid.
Cover.
Return to boil.
Reduce heat.
Don't lift cover.
Simmer 12 to 15 minutes.
