Cabbage Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cabbage, shredded
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook cabbage in boiling water until nearly done.
    Reserve the water.
    Place cabbage in baking dish.
    Add sauce to drained cabbage.
