Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1/4 c. butter
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
paprika
Preparation

Cook unpeeled potatoes until tender.
Cool, peel and shred coarsely.
Heat butter in saucepan; remove from heat.
Add cheese, stirring in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
Fold in potatoes. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole.
dish.
Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until browned.
