Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Measure flour onto tabletop.
    Sprinkle salt over flour.
    Mix in and make a well in the center.
    Break eggs into well.
    Mix with a fork, gradually adding the flour.
    When dough starts to stick to the fork, continue mixing with hands.
    Knead dough about 15 times. Let rest while you wash your hands.
