Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) bags frozen mixed vegetables
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    2 c. shredded American or Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and drain frozen vegetables.
    Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Spread onion evenly over vegetables.
    In small bowl, combine soup, cheese and sour cream; blend well.
    Season with salt and pepper; pour over vegetables.
    Combine bread crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over top of casserole.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Uncover; bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
    Makes 16 servings.
