Buttermilk Skillet Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet until hot.
    Mix all ingredients; add to hot skillet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
