Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 or 3 lb.) chicken, stewed, skinned, deboned and cut into bite size pieces
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. uncooked rice
1 bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
salt and pepper
1 small jar pimentos
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Lightly saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Spread in buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake an additional minute.
