Ingredients

2 egg whites
dash salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup sugar
1-1/3 cups flaked coconut
Preparation

Beat egg whites with salt and vanilla until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar a little at a time until stiff and sugar is dissolved. Fold in coconut. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) about 20 minutes.
