Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. chipped beef, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add milk and cream cheese; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.
    Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
    Serve hot with French bread slices, whole wheat or rye bread cubes.
